1. Guests must check in between 12:00 and 22:00 and check out between 7:30 and 10:00.

2. Children of all ages are welcome.

3. Pets are allowed at a charge of £5.00 per stay.

4. Vegetarian meals are available.

5. Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.

6. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.

7. All groups are accepted.

8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.

Payments by cash, cheque, and the following cards:

Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.

If the booking is cancelled then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Variations can be arranged on an individual basis.

 

Prior to guest check in, the management reserves the right to allocate rooms in order to ensure optimised occupancy.

The illustrative room rates quoted above are based on our standard tariff rate and exclude breakfast which can be added when booking for only £5.00 p.p.
